MY SWEET HUSBAND..

So this morning, I get a call from work saying that the burial I have scheduled (not mine) does not have a green flag on it, so I need to come over and place the flag so that the grounds crew can dig the grave for Monday's interment. This was at 7:30 am. ALTHOUGH, I did flag the gravesite.. with the family present on Wednesday when I met with them. BUT....for some strange reason...the flag has disappeared..THAT'S STRANGE!
Needless to say, I had to get up, dress and run over to the cemetery and place, yet another green flag on the gravesite. When I got there the grounds crew was waiting with the backhoe to dig the grave...they looked annoyed with me. So, I was upset over this, after coming through a rough night with hardly any sleep..so when I got home, Paul said..."Come on with me, let's go for a ride." I protested, but he wouldn't take no for an answer and we drove to HOME DEPOT. Paul knows that I have been dying to paint my family room (guess I have been watching too much HGTV). He let me pick the colors and one wall is now finished...the other three to go. I love the color (we chose two) and I think it will look more updated with these fresh colors. A little paint sure helps to cheer me up. I know Paul didn't really want to paint today, or spend the money...so it was truly sweet of him.
