OUR CAMPING WEEKEND

Aaron wanted the the whole family to go on a camping/fishing trip this past weekend; so he organized the entire trip and after a rough start..... the first campground being snowed in... we had a fantastic time. It was so nice for all of us to be together and spend some fun time with each other. We all stayed in tents... except for me... I slept in the SUV... ! This photo is of Zach, Aaron and Paul fixing us Aaron's "WICKED CHICKEN" for dinner. It was so yummy...
Thank you son for bring this all together in this fantastic,, fun weekend.

Heather, Chris and Kingston. Thanks Heather for turning around and coming back to stay with us. It made it perfect...We love you and the kids.

AUDREY & MIKAYLA FISHING AT THE LAKE

What a fantastic weekend. I am so thankful for this beautiful weekend with my family. We had so much fun spending time together. Mikayla rode home with me in our car and she laid her head on my shoulder to take a nap and just before she fell asleep, she said... "Nana, I have the best time this weekend. I loved it. Can we do this again?"

HARLEY

Poor Harley has really missed me being home more and spending time with him. Since I have been working so many hours, he is stuck in his cage all day long. I got home on Saturday around 5:30 and allowed him to hang out in the kitchen with me for a couple of hours. He is such a great bird. I love him...

FISHING on SUNDAY MORNING

This morning Uncle Aaron helped Lydia catch her first fish. She was so excited, and believe it or not.....Uncle Aaron was just as excited for her as she was. Here are some more photos of our fishing experience this Sunday morning at Murray Fishing Pond.

JAKE didn't fish, but he can always entertain himself, not matter what else is going on.

JACOB GETS A HAIR CUT ...... OH NO!

Look at how cute our little guy is! I cannot believe how much he looks like his Uncle Aaron.
When I got home tonight, Jake was standing in the sprinklers soaking himself. I swear he isn't afraid of anything. He absolutely not only looks like his Uncle Aaron but his personality is just like his.... Always getting into mischief.....funny... determined.....smart....wierd sense of humor...loves to pick on the girls...but a heart full of love for the important people in his life.
I love you little Jake, even though you got your hair cut when I specifically asked your mommy not to cut off your cute hair....

My wonderful sister, whom I love dearly, is always doing such nice things for me. I truly do not deserve the special attention she gives me. Sorry Linda, I am going to work harder at showing how much I love you. Anyway, Linda sent me some IRIS PLANTS last Fall and they have bloomed. They are absolutely SO BEAUTIFUL. Every time I look at them, I think of you Linda and it reminds me of how much I love and miss you.

CASH and LULU

Even CASH is glad to have Melissa home again. We are enjoying having our youngest living here in Utah again. This is going to be fun. Although...... Melissa already has a boyfriend. His name is NICK LARKIN.... that's right.... LARKIN. I don't know how many of you know this, but I have quit my long time association with MEMORIAL ESTATES and have gone to LARKIN SUNSET GARDENS Mortuary and Cemetery in Sandy. Hummm.....

Melissa graduates from Mortuary Science School and Mesa Community College.

You Can't Take the Ballerina out of the Mortician

We went to visit a Ghost Town and Melissa found this...

Melissa with Dr. Taggart (head of the Mortuary Science School) and also the Dean of Mesa community College. We are so proud of Melissa... our BALLERINA turned MORTICIAN. Thanks to all family and friends that have supported Melissa in her journey for the past nine years. She's coming home! Finally....

Aaron can't resist picking on Mikayla.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE......

Poor little Zeke..... his big sister and cousin Mikayla decided to dress him up like a little girl. I have to admit, he sure looked cute! Now ... on with the sports....

OH NO.....

As some of you may know, I am a sucker for the animals that have to roam without a home; so I provide food and water on my back porch for those poor animals who don't have food or shelter.
Well tonight, this little guy showed up and was enjoying the food when I turned on the porch light and he looked up at me. He has been in a fight and his left eye is all bloody. I attempted to open the door, but he ran off. Poor little thing! I wish people would not allow their animals to roam.

HI UNCLE AARON.... THIS IS FUN!

MY BLOGGING BUDDY

Well, I have started to blog again but CASH doesn't seem to be enjoying it. He sat on top of the computer monitor and glared at me the whole time.

Hello Everyone... (In support of Heather's upcoming surgery)

I think I am prepared to start blogging again. I have really missed posting photos and talking with all of my friends and family. My computer down in the downstairs office was not working...due to some 'GAMING DIFFICULTIES"... but Aaron and Paul got it going again.

I don't have time to post any photos right now... but I will...

THERE IS SO MUCH TO CATCH UP ON.....However, as usual I am running off to an appointment to sell some cemetery spaces, so I will try to catch up later. I will try to keep things updated. I miss you all.....talk to you soon.
