Good Bye to A Great Director...
The reason why Melissa is not meeting with Bruce Stievel tomorrow is because he is no longer the director of Nevada Ballet Theatre. Melissa really liked Bruce. When Melissa was in her senior year at Murray High School, she auditioned for Bruce and he gave her an apprenticeship with the Company, followed by two years on the Corp and then he promoted her to a soloist. I know she misses him. Thanks Bruce for allowing my daughter's dreams to take flight.

Bruce was a great man. He had his ups and downs...goods and bads...but who hasn't? What I can say is that he gave me many wonderful opportunities in my career. I have missed him.
