When Melissa was home she bought me a really special and thoughtful gift. She brought me home a recipe book for 'DEVILED EGGS'... Melissa knows that I always make deviled eggs at many of our family get togethers... This book is so cool because it has all of these different recipes in it. Even deviled eggs with chocolate.... So, Melissa went home before I got to try any of the recipes. Today, for Sunday dinner (everyone always comes) I tried the 'BLU DEVILED EGGS".. They were really yummy! Everyone liked them,except Kelly (she hates eggs)... Blue cheese crumbels mixed into the yokes with bacon on top. The book also tells you how to cook the "perfect hard egg"....with beautiful yellow yokes (no green rings) and perfectly centered yokes...Thank you LuLu for this thoughtful book... next week... a new recipe...

I LOVED those eggs and I am excited to taste what comes next.
Nice! I am glad you liked your book. I thought it was cool because I had no idea that there were so many different recipes for eggs. Well, enjoy testing them all and let me know how you like them. Love you!
